THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? The Museum of Desire is Melbourne’s new must-see immersive entertainment experience which lifts the covers on desire, love and the playful side of the erotic imagination. The Museum of Desire uses interactive installations, AI, technology, sound and art to take audiences on a wild and curious journey through over 20 main attractions. Innovative, brave, a little bit naughty and a world first, the Museum of Desire knows exactly how to show you a good time. Come and flirt with our masterpieces.
Where is the experience located? The experience takes place at 92 Rupert Street, Collingwood, Victoria.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually take 60 minutes to explore.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? There is no food or drink available on site, but there are multiple amazing cafes and restaurants on Rupert Street and in neighbouring streets.
Is there parking available? Street parking is available in Rupert Street and neighbouring streets, however we recommend arriving via tram, train, foot or bike where possible.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise shop? Yes, we have a shop full of novelty items, gifts, homewares and collectibles.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. If the museum is at capacity there may be a small wait time in order to purchase for the next time slot available.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a large group with over 20 people, please contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Can I host an event at Museum of Desire? Yes we love having events in the space.  Please reach out to helpdesk@museumofdesire.com with details of your proposed event.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Do you offer press passes? Press passes can be accessed via stacey@daydreamnation.co.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. We accept challenges emerge, so if you happen to arrive late your entry will be dependent on space availability. This may result in an undefined waiting period to enter, or if sessions are heavily booked out, no entry to the experience.
What if I miss my session? If you miss your session, your entry will be dependent on space availability. This may result in an undefined waiting period to enter, or if sessions are heavily booked out, no entry to the experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Are there bathrooms on site? This venue has bathrooms — please ask our staff on site for indications..
Can I take photos and record the experience? Yes, please do, and please tag @museumofdesire when you share on your socials.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? While the majority of the museum is accessible to wheelchair users, there are four of the twenty-five exhibits that do not accommodate wheelchair access.
Can I smoke or vape? No, smoking and vaping is not permitted.
What else do I need to leave at home?

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The museum is set in an illuminated, but dark space and features many optical illusions, which can be challenging for visually impaired visitors. Only one exhibit includes exclusive audio delivery (others are audio + visual), and we do not have hearing loops.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Will there be strobe lights? No, this event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough gallery experience, so seating is situated in various locations throughout the venue.
Is there a Lost & Found? Yes; we would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at helpdesk@museumofdesire.com.
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? The experience is strictly 18+ and identification may be requested at entry.
